​We are thrilled to welcome Becky Bagley to our Bristol branch as our new Business Manager at Thorn Baker Construction. With a rich history spanning over ten years in the recruitment industry, Becky's experience stretches across the construction sector and includes roles in logistics recruitment and maintenance within the prison service.

Becky stands out through her unique approach to recruitment. She prides herself on being a people person and is committed to adding value to her interactions with clients, candidates, her team, and the wider business. She believes in building success on the foundation of strong, honest relationships rather than traditional sales strategies. Her philosophy is all about integrity and transparency in her work.

Outside of her time at Thorn Baker, Becky's time is largely devoted to her young son, exploring the outdoors together. She is also an enthusiastic netball player, which provides a wonderful avenue for socialising and relaxing after the workweek.
