A Quality focused House Builder based in the East Midlands are looking for a Site Manager for a traditional development in Leicester. Offering temp to perm for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

• Monitor project progress and quality of work

• Manage site budgets and costs

• Resolve any issues and conflicts that may arise

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

• First Aid certification

• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a site management role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good financial and budget management skills
