Job Title:Maintenance Manager

Thorn Baker's Award-Winning, Nationally Established Main Contractor is looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage projects 8 weeks from completion through to handover and beyond to deliver turnkey solutions of outstanding quality, driven by the core values which underpin everything they do.

You will be reporting directly to the Delivery Team Manager.

• Strong problem solving skills
• Willing to travel to sites up to an hour around Pershore

Required Skills:

• SMSTS
• Client Liaison experience
• Strong practical constructionknowledge
• Strong carpentry background

Your Responsibilities:

• Beforehandover, produce and manage snag lists, and ensure site team complete defects/snags proactively to companyquality standards.
• Afterproject handover, liaise with client / rest of aftercare team around defects alongside the aftercare manager.
• Resolve issues in relation to groundworks and the envelope of the building.
• Manage completion of defects in a timely manner and provide reports on defects with proposed resolutions and lessons learnt for future projects.
