Are you a Service Manager with experience of leading a small team of air conditioning engineer in the South East? If so please read more about this great opportunity to join an established SME in Kent.

What’s in it for you?

  • Basic salary of up to £45,000
  • Expensed company vehicle
  • Opportunity to work on a wide variety of contracts
  • Chance to work with an established organisation and help them continue their growth plans

The Role:

As the Service Manager you role will be predominantly based at head office. Of course you will be required from time to time to attend site to quote for new works, oversee the mobilisation of a new contract or simply to update with a client.

You will lead a small team of air conditioning engineers covering maintenance and installation across a range of contracts from education, healthcare, transport, MOD and commercial sites across London and the South East.

You will work closely with the engineers and ensure a high quality of work at all times. You will of course be responsible for their H&S at all times.

What does it take to get on board?

To start with you’ll need to be an experienced and certified Air Conditioning, HVAC, or Refrigeration Engineer – The more experience you have with VRV's, VRF's, splits, multi splits etc., the better, and if you have any chiller maintenance experience that will set you apart.

They are looking for a service orientated individual – so to stand out you will need to be well presented and customer focussed… no job too big, no problem too small – either way, you’ll be the one to get it fixed.

What’s next?

If you are an experienced manager, or experienced supervisor wanting to take a step up please get in touch and we can discuss the opportunity in more detail. Alternatively please send me a copy of your CV to richardc@thornbaker.co.uk
