We are looking for a facilities service desk operator to join this up and coming air conditioning company in Sunbury.

THE ROLE – Service Desk Coordinator. 

The successful candidate will be using planners, allocating engineers and ensuring the completion of tasks in accordance with client’s requirements.

Great customer service is a huge part of the job – you will have direct contact with both customers and clients, via phone and email.

Raising purchase orders and ordering relevant parts.

You should have good people skills and be well spoken on the phone.

THE CANDIDATE - Are you a Helpdesk Operator or a Helpdesk Advisor?

  • Must have excellent organisational skills 
  • Be computer literate - great Microsoft Word / Excel skills
  • Experience in a similar industry is preferable
  • Great telephone manner is essential
