Senior Allocations Officer
Are you an experienced Allocations Officer or Senior Allocations Officer that has experience of working in the social housing sector in a customer facing role?
Do you have up to date knowledge of housing and homelessness guidance and legislation along with landlord and tenant law?
Do you want to make a genuine difference to people’s lives?

I am working with my client to find a Senior Allocation Officer to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. You will:
- Supervise and manage the day to day task of the allocations office and its officers including performance management and other HR functions such as holidays, sickness and leading team meetings
- Be the first point of contact for all issues that your team cannot resolve or require assistance with
- Conduct housing applications reviews as per Allocations Policy
- Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internal and external
