I have the pleasure of working for a rapidly growing building engineering and maintenance company to recruit a Scheduler for their Enfield office. The team you will be working for deliver reactive fabric and plumbing maintenance and repair across the southern half of the UK

We are looking for a Scheduler to join their team to take responsibility for a regional team of engineers, delivering processes and taking ownership and accountability for each call received.

By doing this you will:

  • Ensure that each field engineer and contractor are always productive and SLA’s are achieved
  • Ensure all processes and procedure are adhered to by field engineers and contractors
  • Ensure the CMS is accurate and up to date and each call is progressed if necessary

You will also be expected to:

  • Be proactive by identifying any operational issues and help resolve them
  • Ensure all engineers appointments, times and dates are communicated with full details such as call notes.
  • Ensure all engineers time sheets are processed correctly
  • Escalate all risks and issues
  • Work across the company with other teams to ensure a quality service
  • Pick up any tasks allocated to you

  • Customer focussed ensuring you deliver excellence at all times to everyone
  • A confident influencer and manager of your engineers and their daily activities
  • A great communicator and team player
