We are looking for a part-time receptionist for the company headquarters – this is a job share vacancy, that will require some flexibility on your part to work full time on occasion covering holidays and sickness.
You’ll be responsible for greeting visitors to site, answering the phone and directing enquires to the relevant people, dealing with post and deliveries, managing staff holidays and movements, and occasionally you may be asked to assist with typing up letters and meeting minutes for the CEO so good Microsoft Office skills are highly desirable.
This is much more than simply a reception role, as you will be the welcoming face and voice of the company, and the first point of contact for many different types of customers and clients, so previous customer service and professional reception experience is essential! We are looking for a personable, friendly and warm candidate who can stay calm when dealing with difficult situations and conversations and offer a positive response when dealing with complaints.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is perhaps a returning to work parent or simply wants to work part time hours, but can cover on a full time basis when necessary.
