Immediate start Part Time Facilities Coordinator role available!

You will be need to have experience working within a facilities management environment, and be extremely organised.

  • You will be responsible for the administration for the FM team.
  • Experience working with subcontractor documentation, such as risk assessments and method statements, service reports, and purchase orders.
  • You will plan and arrange PPM visits, coordinate the PPM schedule and maintain building maintenance records.

This role will be very flexible in terms of working hours, but you will be expected to work hard whilst in the office.
