Are you an Operations Manager looking to join a nationwide contractor working on medium to large scale modular projects? Are you looking to play an integral part in their ongoing success? Then this could be the role for you!

A very well established modular building contractor with a great reputation for quality are looking to recruit an experienced modular build Operations Manager to plan, manage and deliver projects from cradle to grave and support Operations Director in day to day management of current CM's live projects. This is very much a hybrid role defined as such by the need to not only manage a project or two at Contracts management level but also support the Operations Director in his role.

About You:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong industry background with a working knowledge of modular build
  • Proven experience of current HSE site legislation
  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Black CSCS card
  • HNC/D diploma in construction and built environment minimum preferred. Or NVQ level 6/7 in construction management
  • IOSHH managing safely.
