We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to take control of a busy engineering office to ensure it is performing to it maximum potential. The company is a rapid growing engineering business that is committed to ensuring first class customer service always. This family run business offers a welcoming, friendly working environment in which you will be given the room to grow and become the best you can be.

Salary - £26,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
Hours – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pension and Healthcare scheme available
The main tasks that are essential to this role are
Managing a fairly new team of office staff. Currently this is 6 people. This is not micro management but helping each member to do their job
Manage staffs KPI scoring, timekeeping, absences and other HR process including staff appraisals and employment reviews
Reporting to the Senior Management Team
Management of the company training for all staff. Sourcing, arranging and updating the training matrix
