We are currently working with an outstanding East Midlands based Maintenance Company who are looking for an unvented water qualified Plumber to join their award winning team

Is this you?
You will be a qualified plumber working within social housing, specifically on repairs and maintenance; you will also be willing and capable of carrying out other repairs such as carpentry or tiling
This is a fast paced environment so experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines will hold you in good stead
A good working knowledge of health & safety with a flexible approach to work would fit this role
You will also display a high knowledge and understanding of the sector and it is essential you must pass a DBS Check due to the nature of the work
- Apprentice trained and/or NVQ level 2 in plumbing
- Unvented Water Certificate
- Competency in another trade such as carpentry
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (ideally)
- Full UK Driving Licence

Working within a great team, you will be carrying out repairs and maintenance throughout the East Midlands mainly on domestic properties on a social housing contract.
Liaising with clients and ensuring all worked carried out is done to the highest standards ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times.
