Your role

As the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of maintenance professionals to ensure the upkeep of this large residential building. You will have full responsibility for delivering the maintenance across this site including working with the team in a hands-on capacity.

The building houses over 400 units of accommodation and operates on a 24/7 basis. You and your team will work Monday – Friday 40 hours per week and there will be a requirement to be on standby 1 in 3 weeks.

About you:

You should have:

  • An Electrical or Plumbing qualification
  • Management experience of a large site preferably within residential or a customer facing role.
  • Management experience over a team of 2 or more maintenance personnel.
  • H&S management experience.
