Covering: Hertfordshire

The Role

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be carrying out maintenance and some small installations throughout Central London. The contracts consist of a mixture of domestic and commercial buildings. You will also be part of a call out rota whereby you will either be the main port of call or the backup engineer. There will also be occasions where you will be assisting other team members if a job requires it or as directed from the Contracts Manager.

About you

  • City and Guilds 2360-1 or AM2 Level 3 Standard / City and guilds 2304 – Initial verification and certification
  • City and Guilds 2395 – Periodic inspection and testing
  • Full UK Driving licence

In order to be considered for this role you must also have recent experience working within an FM or Building Services environment. Yu will also have a good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Due to the nature of this role, a flexible approach to work is essential.
