Maintenance Electrician role starting Monday 21st October onwards

What they offer:
- Start date of Monday 21st October
- Hourly rate of £14.50 PAYE - with self-employed methods of payment available
- Excellent pension & healthcare
- Van + fuel card provided after a week or so once insurance has been sorted
- Overtime rates of x 1.5 and x2 on Sundays and out of hours
- Hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Call out 1-4, Stand by £100 with a min of 4hrs paid
Covering: Manchester City Centre and Greater Manchester
The Role
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance throughout Manchester and the surrounding area
The contracts consist of various commercial buildings including prestigious offices, schools and some retail
You will also be part of a call out rota whereby you will either be the main port of call or the backup engineer
There will also be occasions where you will be assisting other team members if a job requires it or as directed from the Contracts Manager.
If you have the following qualifications we would be keen to speak with you:
- Apprentice trained
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds
- Full UK Drivers licence.
In order to be considered for this role you must also have recent experience in commercial gas and general fabric work within an FM or Building Services environment
You will also have a good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Due to the nature of this role, a flexible approach to work is also essential
