I am working in partnership with a national maintenance provider for reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and compliance testing based in Essex. They have been trading for over 30 years and have grown from shop fitters to full facilities management serving high street retailers and the leisure industry.
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator to look after some key clients and accounts. This is a very exciting, busy role in which you can excel.
You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance requirements of your retail clients. The ideal person will have proven experience, at least 2 years, in the facilities management sector and be able to thrive and prioritise effectively in a busy environment. You will need to be computer literate and be able to work on your own initiative to ensure the customer expectations are exceeded
Your daily duties will include:
- Working and communicating with approved sub -contractors
- Answering and logging telephone enquiries on the company database
- Constantly communicating with clients to ensure they are update and happy
- Checking the progress of work, raising PO’s
- You will be part of an on call rota.
In reward for performing the above tasks you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £22,000
