Are you a handyman or labourer with grounds maintenance experience? Are you experienced in DIY and or property maintenance? Are you available from Monday 11th of November?
Hours: Monday - Friday

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful maintenance technician will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of maintenance tasks in a large University site in Nottingham
The maintenance technician will be responsible for carrying out works outside such as clearing leaves , raking leaves , tidying away any debris aswell as minor maintenance works in the communal areas indoors.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have;
- Labouring experience
- facilities experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of current health & safety practices
Experience of working within a commercial property maintenance environment would also be highly desirable.
