Immediate opportunity available for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience of working across small works projects in the Facilities Management sector. The role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a background in small works maintenance contracts in the FM industry. The role is working on small works M&E contracts from initial calculation to final report.

This role will be predominantly managing all costs in relation to the M&E works including both maintenance and installation projects. You will also work closely with suppliers and sib-contractors to ensure effective and profitable delivery of the projects.

This role is based in the Birmingham office. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

What you’ll need:

  • HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • M&E quantity Surveying experience in a FM or Building Services environment
  • You’ll have exceptional communication skills managing relationships between key stakeholders

Having RICS qualifications would also be highly advantageous.
