The Role

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the maintenance team of 4 including an engineer, caretaker and gardener all whilst ensuring all work is carried out is a correct and safe manner. 

You will also be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site, predominantly electrical along with some fabric maintenance.

Managing budgets/costs and subcontractors will also be something that comes under your remit so knowledge of budget management is also essential

About you

You will be a qualified electrical maintenance engineer with experience working in a facilities management team.

You should have:

  • C&G Level 3 electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience of supervising a small maintenance/facilities team
  • Basic ICT skills
  • Hold a current clean driving licence

Due to the critical nature of the site you will eb required to pass enhanced vetting before commencing employment.

There will be occasions where you may need to support other facilities so a degree of flexibility is required.
