We are looking for versatile HVAC Engineer based in the West Midlands who is looking to join a successful and reputable building services company

Ideal candidate
You will be an apprentice trained HVAC Engineer ideally with experience working in the Facilities Management sector.

Good working knowledge of ventilation and ductwork systems is also a requirement for this role, things such as air handling units, heat recovery units and supply/extract systems

You must also be competent at installations and service and maintenance

You will be a good communicator who is able to work in a team and motivate others

This is a varied role in regards to your day to day duties so a degree of flexibility is required

Other qualifications and requirements

  • A minimum of NVQ2 in air conditioning/refrigeration
  • F gas 2079 j11 Cat 1 (essential)
  • Previous experience of split, VRV/VRFand chilled water systems
  • Previous experience of installation
  • Highly competent with brazing (essential)
  • DBS check

The Role

Your core responsibilities will be to carry out installations and repairs and maintenance to commercial contracts throughout the West Midlands

You will ensure all work is carried out to meet the company’s health and safety policy

Have a degree of flexibility with regards to working hours to ensure all SLA’s and out of hours work is covered
