Based at the companies Head Office in Tadworth your role will include but not limited to:

  • Provide advice, guidance and support to all employees within the company, regarding a range of subjects including; company procedures, disciplinaries, absences and general queries
  • To build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Use understanding of HR policies to ensure they are implemented effectively and handle HR issues within the business timescale
  • Keep data records up to date both manually and computerised, in order to complete reports in a timely manner
  • Assisting in the process of recruitment; posting job adverts, identifying potential candidates, and setting up interviews
  • Process control for new starters and leavers

About you:

  • A passion for working with HR
  • Excellent grasp of best practices within HR
  • Outstanding communication both written and verbal
  • CIPD Level 3 highly desirable
