Are you seeking a job in Worksop or the surrounding areas? We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work for the council. This is an immediate vacancy, so we are looking for a new member of the team to start next week!

- Hourly pay increases from £10.42 to £12.28 after week 12

DUTIES:

- Maintaining local parks and gardens

- Grass cutting

- Hedge cutting

- Litter picking

- Maintaining burial areas and grave digging

- Removing fly tipping waste

- Dealing with the general public

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential

- Training is provided

- Full drivers licence is benefitial but not essential

- Customer care skills due to dealing with the general public

- Strong work ethic as you will be working in all weathers

HOURS OF WORK:

- 7:30AM-4PM Monday to Thursday

- 7:30AM-12:30PM on Friday's
