77241SA – FM Administrator – City of London - £26,000 - £28,000

Are you the sort of energetic, can-do administrator that everyone turns to? Are you organised, efficient and excellent at multi-tasking? If so, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a FM Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management business based in City of London – working closely with the Senior Management & Operations teams, you’ll be assisting with all manner of day-to-day business administration, but in particular

  • Processing permits
  • Managing Sub-contractors
  • Organising quotes
  • Raising purchase orders,
  • Assisting helpdesk.
  • Assisting site management reports and information collation

You’ll be a whizz at using Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications like Teams and Zoom, as well as having a high level of verbal and communication skills. You’ll be able to prioritise effectively and be able to deal with work requests coming from multiple internal and external customers, setting, and communicating realistic timescales and deadlines. Travel between offices will be required.

You should also have experience of working in Facilities Management provision, or a similar industry such as energy management or construction are highly desirable, but we will consider candidates from other commercial, private sector industries with excellent transferable skills.

This is a permanent role paying £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
