Are you a Construction Estimator who is looking for a new opportunity with a growing Construction business who are market leaders in their sector?

A very well established business with a great reputation for quality are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Droitwich office.

The Role:

• This individual will manage estimates required for sales, pre-construction, and bidding efforts.

• Provide estimates, budget control and studies for projects and potential projects during

  business development, pre-construction, and construction phases of a project and across all scopes,

  systems, and assemblies.

About You:

• 2+ years experience as a Estimator in the Construction field.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a similar role within specialist window and door sales, or infrastructure construction and have an extensive connection in the housing and construction sector.
• Knowledge of construction methods.
• Proficiency in an estimating software, On-Screen, Bluebeam and MS Office suite.
• Create estimating models through use of Google Sketch-up, export to quantity take-off for use.
• Experience in civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or an equivalent degree
• Personable and a team player
• Target orientated.
• Must have driven for customer care and ownership of customer experience.
