I am currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with PFI experience and a current DBS looking to interview as early as Monday 10th of February and start immediately for a  temp to perm position! This is a static role in a hospital with an easy commute on the Northern line or Overground

This is a company we have been working with for over 10 years and have successfully placed over 50 engineers whether it be for temp or permanent roles, we have been working with this site for over 5 years and currently have 6 of our Maintenance Engineers working there at the moment, who are on track to secure permanent roles after just a couple of months

No callout , no travel , no out of hours cover required! This role is an immediate start providing cover with the potential of a long term permanent position!

The role

This is a static site position providing cover as an electrical supervisor on a health site north of the river , this is an immediate start with the potential of long term extension to a permanent opportunity. You’ll oversee a team of engineers including 2 Electrical, your role will be 50% on the tools and 50% administrative – allocating works, overseeing daily operations, coordinating supplier etc. This sites is a  PFI contracts, so you must have worked on a PFI contract previously either a school , hospital or public council buildings. 

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrable supervisory experience
  • An NVQ/C&G Level 3 Electrical qualification as a minimum
  • 17th or 18th edition would also be highly desirable, 
  • LV certified would be an advantage 
  • Experience of working within FM and overseeing contracts from an operational perspective
