Are you an experienced Electrical supervisor? Do you want the freedom to solve problems yourself rather than having to pass issues on to superiors? Then read on and apply now.

The Company

We are currently recruiting for a very well established company that we have had a brilliant working relationship with for 5 years. This is a company that puts a lot of emphasis on giving their employees all the tools and power to deal with issues head on. The engineers that we have placed with them previously have told us how much they appreciate the opportunities they have been given to develop and progress their skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000

The Role

It will be your job to manage a high performing team of engineers on a daily basis. This will include managing resources to maximize productivity and efficiency, planning effectively in order to coordinate routine activities, all whilst keeping your team highly motivated to achieve goals.  You will be in direct contact with the client and as thus will have to power and control to deal with problems as they arise, this means you won’t have to pass issues along the line and can actually take challenges into your own hands and will be given the necessary support to overcome them.

You will need:

  • Your CSCS card to supervisor level
  • Asbestos awareness
  • NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor or undertaken the NICEIC cource.
  • Experience with electrical installations and periodic inspecting & testing.
  • First aid training.
  • City & Guilds 2330, 2360 or equivalent, Part ‘P’, practical experience and qualifications (NVQ or AM2), BS7671 17th Edition update qualification, City & Guilds 2400 and 2391 (or 2395) qualification
