The Role

You will be carrying out service, fault finding and building maintenance to domestic properties in the North Derbyshire area.

Although the majority of the work will be domestic gas maintenance you will also be required to carrying general maintenance such as plumbing to the properties as well

About you

You will be a time served apprentice with a relevant NVQ qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Domestic Gas within service and maintenance.

You will also display a high knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector and hold all relevant Domestic Gas tickets: CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1 and a full UK driving licence
