Are you organised, trustworthy and a great communicator with an ability to carry out administration tasks with ease? Then this could be a great role for you. We are working with a leading FM service provider on site on a large estate in Canterbury. The role:

You will be working closely with the onsite FM team to deliver an efficient and effective administration service. You will work closely with the maintenance function to issue jobs/tasks and you will be responsible for raising and closing the orders using the in house system. You will also form part of the reception team at busy times.

You will work Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm. This is a fast paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail under pressure will be required.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of working in an administration function – Within a FM/Maintenance/Service related environment
  • PC/IT Literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail and process

Experience of using a CAFM system is highly desirable however not essential.

You must be able to obtain security clearance and will undergo DBS check due to the nature of the site.
