Available now – Customer Service Assistant – Permanent opportunity - £20,000 – Chesterfield.

This is a Monday to Friday role 37 hours per week. The hours are 8-4 & 9-5. As a flexible employer there is scope to work around these hours. 

You will be working in a team of 12 from the Chesterfield Head Office. However, there is also long-term potential to spend some of your working week working remotely.

About your role:

  • Pro-actively engaging with customers 
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are dealt with and progressed
  • Handling customer complaints and queries
  • Recording customer feedback
  • Ensuring that the health & safety and well-being of our customers is maintained to the highest standard.

About you:

  • Experienced in a call-centre environment – handling a large number of calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic levels of customer service and a desire to reach a positive outcome to any queries.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
