We have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager/Qualified Supervisor based in the Midlands. If you are looking to work for a small yet successful company this could be the role for you:

They are now looking for a qualified supervisor/ contracts manager in the Midlands:
- Salary £35,000-£40,000pa
- £4.5K Car allowance
- Pension scheme, bonus scheme and private healthcare
Commutable from: Nottingham,Derby, and Leicester
The Role
You will assist with the effective operation of all current and new projects from purchase order stage to practical completion.
The majority of the work will consist of high end accommodation, commercial
The management of project will include: RAMS, management of labour, procurement, testing and commissioning for handover to clients.
Experience with labour and cost control is also essential
You must have the following in order to be considered for this role:
- Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Management
- Be NICEIC Qualified Supervisor Role.
- City & Guilds Testing and Inspection; C&G 2391 or equivalent
- Estimating experience (project values in excess of £300K)
The Ideal Candidate
You will have good communication skills and strong leadership qualities with a good all round knowledge of project management applications.
Knowledge and experience in business development and able to recognise and deliver quality and profitable opportunities.
You will also have strong commercial acumen and understanding of the industry and market trends
It is important you have strong relationship building skills in order for you to develop and retain good working relationships with both colleagues and clients alike
