A prestigious award-wining housing developer with an incredible reputation are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis and cover several projects across the West Midlands. Notorious for their high-end and quality work and sustainable methods of construction. They are looking for a Contracts Manager with new build housing experience, who is ambitious and driven and can be involved with making business decisions.

Projects:

• New build housing and residential developments - traditional and timber frame

Skills Required:

• 1+ years working as a Contracts Manager for a Housing Developer 
• Previous Housing Site Management experience
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent 
• Full UK Driving License and willing to cover sites within 1.5 hours from Birmingham
• Leadership skills, someone who can influence business decisions
