A prestigious award-wining housing developer are experiencing exciting growth this year are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis and cover several projects across their East Midlands region. Notorious for their high-end and quality work and sustainable methods of construction. They are looking for a Contracts Manager with PLC new build housing experience, who is ambitious and driven and can be involved with making business decisions.

Projects:

• New build housing projects - traditional build

Skills Required:

• 2+ years working as a Contracts Manager for a PLC House Builder 
• Previously a Site Manager on new build housing developments
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualifications
• Full UK Driving License and willing to cover sites across the East Midlands
• Leadership skills, someone who can influence business decisions
