They are looking for a Contracts Manager with PLC new build timber frame housing experience, who is ambitious and driven and can be involved with making business decisions.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years working as a Contracts Manager for a PLC House Builder or a Timber Frame Manufacturer
• Previously a Site Manager on mixed tenure housing developments
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualifications
• Full UK Driving License and willing to travel around 1 hour
• Driven, ambitious and wants to progress
• Leadership skills, someone who can influence business decisions
