I am working with a highly regarded facilities management organisation, providing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to particularly prestigious contracts in varying sectors.
You will receive a basic salary of between £40,000 - £45,000, plus a car allowance of £5000 per annum, with a holiday allowance of 27 days per annum + bank holidays.
As a company they operate across a diverse cross section of the FM market and have long and secure contracts with some the UK's most recognised brands. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working closely with the relevant managers and engineers to ensure that the contracts are ran smoothly, efficiently and profitably. Therefore you will be responsible for the overall performance of the contracts with full accountability for contractual performance against KPI’s and SLA’s as well as working to agreed budgets.
This role is one where you will be leading from the front and not a position where you will be able to hide away in an office. If you are solution focussed and enjoy being client facing and this role will be for you! You will have a willingness to go the extra mile and highly experience in service delivery – striving to meet and where possible exceed SLAs set out by the contracts you’re running. You will be expected to take a strategic and measured approach with regards to compliance and customer service as well as leading a team of engineers across the contracts covering electrical, mechanical, and fabric.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate;
- Experience of single-handedly managing contracts over multiple sites.
- A highly methodical approach and the ability to effectively prioritise task
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes and CAFM systems
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
- Full UK Driving licence.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
- Electrical/Mechanical/Building services related qualifications are highly desirable
This role is based in sites in and around London with sites in the Home Counties – these include Chelmsford, Epping, Milton Keynes, Bicester and Greenwich– so someone based in the City would be ideally situated to easily access all these locations.
You may have experience as one of the following: Contract Manager, Contracts Lead, Building Services Manager, Contracts Manager, Contract Account Manager or Facilities Manager.
