  • Overtime rates of x 1.5 and x2 on Sundays and out of hours
  • Hours, Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

Covering: Cumbria

The Role

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance throughout Cumbria (location local to you). The contracts consist of various commercial buildings including prestigious offices and some care homes

About you

  • Apprentice trained
  • Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Engineering/Plumbing/ICPN1
  • COCN1 or CODC1
  • CORT1
  • CIGA1
  • COMCAT (desirable)
  • TPCP1A or TPCP1 (desirable)
  • HTR 1 (desirable)
  • Full UK Drivers licence.

In order to be considered for this role you must also have recent experience in commercial gas and general mechanical maintenance work within an FM or Building Services environment. You will also have a good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Due to the nature of this role, a flexible approach to work is essential.
