We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer based in the West Midlands who is looking to join a successful and reputable building services company

You will be an apprentice trained Commercial Gas Engineer with experience working on commercial contracts, specifically on repairs and maintenance; you will also be willing and capable of carrying out other repairs such as tiling or basic plumbing
This is a fast paced environment so experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines will hold you in good stead
A good working knowledge of health & safety with a flexible approach to work would fit this role
You will also display a high knowledge and understanding of the sector and it is essential you must pass a DBS Check due to the nature of the work
- Gas Safe
- The following commercial gas certificates; COCN1 / CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A.
- Competency in another trade such as plumbing
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (ideally)
- Full UK Driving Licence
There is a call out rota but you will rarely be called out however because of this you will need a flexible approach to work
Covering: Tamworth, Shrewsbury, Hereford, Worcester, Birmingham, Redditch
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to commercial sites across the West Midlands, identifying potential issues and rectifying on 1st time fix where possible
Although the majority of your work will be commercial gas you will also be carrying out other general maintenance
