Thorn Baker's specialist offsite client is looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their open and supportive team in Coventry. You will be working as part of a dependable and collaborative company dedicated to quality in both their products and their day-to-day working environment, who put ethics and care at the forefront of their culture.

You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of your role are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, with a focus on the continuous delivery and improvement of the customer experience to ensure they feel confident returning.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing
  • Enquiry processing
  • Sub-contract order processing
  • Maintaining commercial registers
  • Updating and chasing retentions
  • Contract administration

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years Commercial Admin experience
  • Ideally from a sub-contract background
