Commercial Assistant

I am working with a National Facilities Management Company that has been trading for over 50 years. They specialise in Building Service Solutions

They require a highly motivated and reliable Commercial Assistant/Administrator to work from their Leeds Office

The Ideal candidate will have a Facilities Management background to help them interpret information supplied by the Operations Teams and produce quotations to our clients. You will therefore need to be proficient in Excel CRM systems ideally Maximo

The role will include;

Monitoring the email system

Producing quotations for clients

Processing approved quotations

Updating CRM systems

Placing orders

All other ad-hoc administration task allocated by the Commercial Team

The reward;

A very health salary of £23,000

A fantastic holiday allowance of 35 days including bank holidays

Working hours of 9am to 5pm
