As a Cleaning Supervisor you will benefit from;
Working a 40 hours week at a single site
An above average pay rate of £9.88 per hour. So a salary of approximately £20,550

We are looking for an individual that is dedicated to ensuring that the service demanded by the client and site is delivered or exceeded at all times. You will need to have excellent communications and relationship building skills that are essential to ensuring the client, your operatives and your managers are happy and fully informed at all times.
You will need to ensure site security at all times especially making sure your operatives are signed in and complying with all site health and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for working with people, problem solving, building relationship and ensuring staff are happy in their work.
You will have previous cleaning and supervisor experience.
You will need to have strong stock control skills so work can be carried out without delay
You will need to work closely with the area manager to report any issue, problems, progress and things to celebrate.
