Cleaning Supervisor

If you are an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Key holder Cleaner available for an immediate start temp to perm role on a site with an experienced long standing team then read on and apply 

You will be working as a cleaning supervisor with a well established cleaning company in a public site in Willington.  The great thing about this role? You wont be directly supervising anyone , the supervisory aspects of this role are carrying out audits and paperwork. Due to this being a 24 hour site you will be working alone on your shift of 730am -230pm.

Training and ongoing support is included for you and you'll love being a part of this fantastic team. We have already successfully placed a few candidates with this company in the last few months and they are a very valued member of the team. There are a team of 4 long standing experienced cleaners that work here and they will be working opposite shifts to you so there will be no need for direct supervision. 

This role would suit someone who has cleaning experience and is comfortable completing paperwork and opening the site up in the morning, and they are looking for someone to start as soon as this week! Due to the location you will need your own transport.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning the building 
  • Litter picking 
  • Completing checks and paperwork 
  • Manage and control the cleaning services in line with the agreed specification
  • Complete return to works 
  • Actively enforce relevant statutory Company and site health and safety compliance
  • Monitor equipment
  • Identify and rectify service improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and control wages to revenue analysis
  • Evaluate, communicate and rectify all internal audits conducted
  • Ensure that cleaning programs are implemented in accordance with requirements

About you;

  • Experience of managing a cleaning team 
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
  • Experience of motivating, managing and leading cleaning teams 
  • Excellent communication skills.
