Cleaning Site Manager
Location: Commutable from Bristol, Severn Beach, and Almondsbury
Salary Guide: up to £35,000 (Pro rata)
Job Type: 3 Month Contract
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Cleaning Site Manager to manage the cleaning function for a leading FM service provider on a large distribution centre in Birmingham
Reporting into the Regional Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Site Cleaning Supervisors, Cleaning Operatives and Waste Management Operatives.
You will be the first point of contact for the client in terms of audits, staffing, uplifts, budget and issues.
As the Cleaning Site Manager you should have:
- Experience of managing a cleaning operation on a large static site.
- Experience of training & developing a large team to ensure high standards are adhered to.
- Effective budget control experience
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety policies & procedures.
- Able to liaise and communicate at all levels
This role is a key role within the operation and as such a flexible approach to working hours and availability will be required to ensure the cleaning operation is running effectively at all times.
Candidates with the following experience are highly desirable
You may have experience of the following: Soft Service Manager, Soft Service Management, Cleaning Manager, Site Cleaning Manager and Contracts Management.
