Ideally you will be based in the North Kent area in order to best service your client sites , the sites range from 2-25 Cleaners and some have Site supervisors in place who will report into you.  The role will involve out of normal hours working, therefore, flexibility regarding working hours is essential to provide effective management 

As an Area Manager it is essential that you have a high level of organisation and time management skills as well as having a can do attitude. Building and maintaining client relationships will be an important part of your role. A degree of flexibility is required due to some sites needing to be visited outside of the normal working day.
