We are looking for positive minded and hands on Area Cleaning Managers to cover the North West and Wales areas
You will need to be the sort of person that always puts the customer first. You will posses fantastic communications skills being at ease talking to clients and employees alike.
Strong leadership skills are essential as no two days will be the same. You will need to react to issues as they arise and ensure they are dealt with correctly to the client’s satisfaction even if this means rolling you sleeve up and “mucking in”
The role of an Area Manager will be to co-ordinate the operations function of each contract and site, ensuring client satisfaction at all sites. Working with clients and staff in a warm, courteous and professional manner at all times. All client enquiries are dealt with within 24 hours.
