We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity to work for one of our favourite clients, an award-winning Facilities Management company at one of their key client sites in Preston. They are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking, administrator to join their team on a temporary contract until August.

The Role:

Your role will be based in a busy facilities management team where you will undertake a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Facilities Managers within the business. You will be arranging meetings, taking minutes and coordinating events as well as being the first point of contact for administrative tasks within the team.

This will be a busy yet rewarding role where no 2 days will be the same.

You will be working from the client office in Preston PR1, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

About you:

  • Experienced in a range of Administration tasks – Ideally within a technical, property, maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fully IT literate with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communicator – with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
