Temporary Accounts Assistant required for holiday cover - excellent opportunity to earn extra cash in a very friendly environment

This temporary assignment will involve working with one other person in this busy accounts office; as the company specialises in air conditioning service and maintenance, you will be involved in entry of expenses and invoices, checking of prepared invoices prior to sending out to clients, answering the phone and dealing with accounts related queries, and other basic accounts and accounts admin related work.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in an accounts office for a commercial business. Anyone with experience of working for a facilities management, maintenance or building services company is also highly desirable.

The temporary cover will be from Monday 21st October to Friday 15th November

Working hours are 9.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute break but the hours can be flexible for a local parent wanting to work 9.30am to 2.30pm with no break
